Wat een pracht methode, ik ben er een beetje stil van. Je ziet het vaak voor je ogen gebeuren, een sausje of zo aan het ontdooien en het water/bouillon/vocht gaat scheiden van de vaste bestanddelen. Helaas zonder kaasdoek, maar met een gewone theedoek staat er nu een consommé uit te lekken. Ben echt benieuwd wat er straks in het pannetje achterblijft.
