SHOULD YOU IN THIS LOVELY WEATHER feel like a hike in Utterslev Moses, one will in the corner by Engsvinget get a bit of a surprise. Especially if it is more than a month ago, you were there last. For next to a small bed of very large red mushroom is a BIG man by freeing him from the earth. The large main and most fingers are above the soil surface and then it is surely just waiting for the frost disappears so the rest can be freed. The suggestion of the great man brings to mind Jonathan Swift's tale of Gulliver's Travels, which brings Gulliver to fight the country where he is Lilliputian, and the Lilliputian country where he is a giant. Extrapolating to the story of the Great Man by Engsvinget's 'Gulliver' come to Lilliputian country Denmark. NEXT TO Svampebed and the Great Man is a swing set. On the Great man's head is put cots and a tripod, so you can climb up on the head and water slide down again. It is also possible to climb into the Great Man by mouth or from a hole in the head. Inside the head is different shelves or lobes, which you can crawl around on, and thus get a sense of being a very small travelers 96 well plate area discovering the brain. THE BIG MAN with Svampebed and swing set is the latest addition of art playgrounds is the city's genius has brought around the city. The artist Peter Land (1966), which is behind the art playground in Engsvinget. PETER LAND playing here with proportion and scale ratio. Lilliput planets are not Danes as such, but the children. Children are at. definition small, and the experience aspect ratio different than we adults do. ADVENTURE, picture book AESTHETICS AND CLOWN COMEDIANS are recurring themes in Peter's artistic oeuvre. He works with video, sculpture / installation and painting. One of his most famous videos is that in which he dances naked in his own apartment (Peter Land d. 5 May 1994 (1994)). In a later series of videos, including Step Ladder Blues (1995) stages the land itself as an unfortunate clown. But beneath the amusing surface is constantly a fierce sadness. IN SEVERAL OF HIS PICTURES, among others in the series 96 well plate area of drawings that were exhibited at Louisiana-exhibition in 1997, experience a psychedelic adventure world á la Alice in Wonderland but with a lot of acid mushrooms. Although aesthetics reminiscent of picture books for children, there is always a black page WORK WITH SIZE MATTERS is not new to him, which among other things can be seen in the installation Playground from 2005. Here are two children on a small lawn and rolling 96 well plate area a ball back and forth repainted on a white line. Around them is a white fence. Either the children are proportionally too big or too is lawn / playground for little. It is clearly a sense of claustrophobia, which further emphasized by the fact that there is no room for the children's free arm movements and their own initiative. They have to do an activity that has already been mapped out and planned for them. ON THE RIGHT PLAYGROUND in Utterslev Moses makes Peter Land to the dark side is also present. For in reality it can be that a child has eaten the red toadstools, and suddenly has become gigantic, which the soft peat soil can not hold to, and therefore the Great Human swallowed up by the earth. Again it seems as if Peter Land has been inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland (1865), where Alice also grows and shrinks depending on what she eats. NO MATTER HOW TO perceive Peter's art playground is a stroke of genius. Rumors within the playground was unveiled went to the kids to climb around on a brain - and it sounded 96 well plate area a bit scary. But as it has come to look now, the fantastic, welcoming and filled with opportunities to create their own stories. Try it! Review: My first experience with a camera suffers - Fresk.dk

crescor On Monday I was on the video task in a studio in Copenhagen to make a Behind the Scenes video from identity shooting of Copenhagen Fashion Week. For this purpose I was lucky enough to borrow a camera Lider, which I hugely would like me to use in some of the shots. As the title might reveal, it was ALLER first time I have ever used such one before, so I was really excited to try it out. I think it can give something super cool, with a few shots that are shot either on a dolly or a slider - as long as it does not get out of hand
We all know well that the 'hotel presentation-like' videos crescor where everything seems to just float around, and it all flows. And of course it can also have its charm if it fits what you are doing. But I think all too easily get out of hand if it takes up too much and it becomes instantly a little too cheesy in my eyes.
At first it was a small project to get together this cousin. crescor It mainly consists of four parts; two tripods, located at each end of a ca. 1 meter long rail and on top of it sits a little glidemodeul mounting a tripod head on, and on top of the camera sits so. I took a quick shot with my iPhone, so you can see how it roughly looks like this:
You can then move the camera crescor from side to side in a straight line. And you have to just say one thing first thought is clear: It looks fucking gorgeous look! Consequently, it gives something special that it just runs completely smooth through the scene, so I understand certain well why it can easily get out of hand
The two tripods are really just two very different, and you can pretty much use whatever. But 'the' slider, ie the rail and slide the module crescor comes from Igus, and called DryLin. It can be purchased at Amazon for just under 1,300 kr. + Shipping.
Of course this requires that you have two additional racks, and an extra head to put on, and you do not, it appears, of course, on top, and so this may well turn out to be a costly affair. Alternatively, one could use a few lystativer, with heads on? Anyway .. There are many good and easy solutions out there, but this is certainly a great way to sample a good slider of which is very cheap compared to what many other dolly's and sliders costs. while you get of course also a little on the DIY feeling out of it
I think it must have 4 out of 5 stars because it certainly does its job well, BUT, you also need to lug a little extra, take longer to hold it up and so on, and finally it is not the easiest to move around. You need time to be able to make it up, and put it aside again. but for what it is, it works brilliant.

Another cheaper method can be used indoors and where the floors are smooth, or on a smooth board is putting the camera or tripoden on a carpet - and then slowly pull the rug in the direction you want ...

If you follow a bit on various online forums on strength training and bodybuilding, then you have a

As some may be aware, I work daily in physiotherapy center and gym, where I responsible for the daily operation. In the center, I experience a little of everything, but recently I had a short conversation with a nice young man. This little interaction is very characteristic of my great surprise why so many otherwise very interested training young men are not exercising their legs. It is I generally completely incomprehensible that they will refrain bentræningen, since there are more benefits to be gained - perhaps seashell braid if you just want to have larger upper arms. Read here why you should train your legs and see suggestions for leg exercises that will make you safe and well underway.
He trains regularly in the center - at least when it is spring and summer. He addressed himself to me, because he is unhappy with how the dumbbells are made in the center. The heavy weights is at the bottom of the stand and some of the heaviest stands on the floor. This suited him, as he has difficulty picking seashell braid up the heaviest weights off the floor when he has to use them to train the incline bench press.
I allowed myself to answer him with a question: Do you think it's a good idea to lift weights over your head on straight arms are so heavy that you have difficulty lifting them correctly from the floor, where you can use the biggest and strongest muscle you have?
The above situation expresses very well my lack of understanding of why so many, especially young men, fail bentræningen. People should of course be allowed to train as they want. It's seashell braid their body, their time and their training. But in most cases stems they lacked exercises for the legs in ignorance and egotripperi. Egotripperi be understood in the sense that when people start to strength train, so are most aware that it would be a good idea to get the legs with training. But they end up not to, because it can be a major challenge. Most leg exercises are is more difficult technically seashell braid to perform than most upper body exercises, especially when there is talk about training with free weights. It will for most people require that you take the time to work on his technique before it can get discs on the rod. It is thus easier to understand than the EZ-rod and train curls.
My question to the young man who did not like lifting dumbbells off the floor, contains an explanation of the functional advantage seashell braid by strengthening training his legs. If you can not lift a weight off the floor, why would you then toss it around over your head? I do not believe that the rationale seashell braid needs further explanation.
If you follow a bit on various online forums on strength training and bodybuilding, then you have also read that if you strength train his legs, so it can affect muscle growth of the body's other muscles positively, including upper arms. It has in recent years also read that there has been questioned this claim.
The fact is that the more muscle mass, which can activate during exercise, the greater the separation of muscle seashell braid building hormones into the blood stream. This is demonstrated in several scientific studies. Whether the secreted hormones, as a response to bentræningen affects muscle growth as the upper arms are less safe if you have to relate to the scientific studies that shall submit the moment. BUT many indications that you train legs, then it will also be beneficial for muscle growth and strength in the upper body.
However, it is also my personal experience that you see positive results when you add heavy strength training for the legs to his strength training program. For me it had a noticeable effect when I really did deadlift a regular part of my training.
I will in the following show two exercises, sumo deadlift and goblet squat. seashell braid These exercises will not only get you started with your leg workouts, but probably also give your entire workout seashell braid a big boost. Deadlift and squat are two great exercises. Not only for your legs, but also for your core muscles (lower back and stomach). The exercises require that you relax properly seashell braid into the stomach and keep your back straight throughout the exercise. In other words, also exercises that work and improve your posture.
It may scare many having to embark on training with an Olympic barbell. The rod weighs in itself 20 kg and can be difficult to manage and balance when you also struggle with the technique of the exercise. As a beginner seashell braid or intermediate (who would like to hone his technique), so it is a good idea to work with his technique without a barbell. Instead, they use a regular dumbbell or kettlebell. The advantages of this is that the weight is the center one place, and that there is such a big change in weight. There is often only 2 kg difference on most dumbbells and one can thus easily find a weight that suits one's art. It's about being able to perform the exercise technically correct without being challenged too much in the beginning.
Sumo deadlift and goblet squat are similar p

Hello. By pure EVENT I won two auctions on Ebay, binoculars from the one I have fet answers on another tread, but the second type of binoculars are there any discussion was about on the web. Alts about the quality of the kind of binoculars on hvornr may be advantageous buffet warmers to use them and so on. But it's telescope types are prismssigt reasonable, in addition, the binoculars are alts an eyepiece buffet warmers for each eye, which should v re much better than only one eyepiece, and for many there'll buffet warmers carry a larger telescope plus what belong to outdoor, - to find out that it is still too hazy or cloudy, is a reasonable night vision device's what you will watch, - kikerterne buffet warmers is s become larger and weigh considerably more than, for example. one 8x50 and some say that the binoculars as this 25X100 has been vldigt popular because they are much more lysstrke and 20-25 fold forstrrelse were a good fit for what you need, s though they weigh between 4 and 5 kg is the reasonable easy to transpotere with a tripod and easier to use - they are so designed for something other than a telescope. It is this telescope, 25X100 25X100 Astro equivalent cost between 300 and 650 Eur. and most larger companies offer their model. The benefit should VRE a huge lysbning of binoculars and a suitable small forstrrelse and iflge those who sells the type of binoculars, s it has some major advantages --- I have not been able to see if it fits, acting's about it Requires a very stable tripod and I have not yet, - s until then - is the type of binoculars something that can be recommended and what are the arguments for and against? Hello. buffet warmers Yes vgten is something of a problem so I have negotiated with someone who has a 20 years old but perfect video tripod for sale, it can certainly bre vgten and have even one ls "wagon" during which I do not think is ndvendig though the same time holding the legs in place. Binoculars of the sort is in fact useless without a tripod, but I think anyway it wants to be practical because good enough it is heavy but not so heavy that you can not bre it and binoculars are of course its own posltrede suitcase, p both things should be bres outdoor reasonably easily. ---- I lst somewhere about someone who had found a READING I never would have tnkt p, namely a mirror. He pstod that you should just take an appropriately large mirror, be it on the grass and s kugge down to look up. Smart. I have prvet, but maybe there are still problems with the idea; the mirror surface is well on the back row ordinary mirrors, p risking two reflective surfaces unless it is an expensive front mirroring the mirrors. and maybe you should be on guard with which angle you look into. Tripod and main producer Sachtler, seems to look past NAB2014 with something that looks like a good

Tripod and main producer Sachtler, seems to look past NAB2014 with something that looks like a good idea. An idea that perhaps is so good that it - quite soon - spread out to the other stand and the main producers in Vitec Group, there is also counter Vinten, Gitzo, Manfrotto and OConnor. The idea that Sachtler so far only rolls out to their 100mm heads - typically - are the heads / tripods are being used for ENG and EFP, called sterno trays "the Speed Level Clamp" and as the name suggests a gizmo that makes the spots get the stand - or rather the head - in water in a hurry. There is probably not a single TV photographer who either came home with "odd" footage or still stood and rummaged the pope drove past. Not any more. Sachtlers news doing the problem. How it then actually do it, and if it works, you'll find out at NAB2014, sterno trays or in the days after which it is guaranteed to get your hands on. Whether it will be possible to extend, or "update" eksiskterende racks from Sachtler, reports the news so far nothing sterno trays about. Surely it should nevertheless be that "the sterno trays Speed Level Clamp is still so new that the manufacturer has not even been mention up on their own site. Barbara jaumann, Product Manager, Sachtler says however: -Levelling a head on the move is no longer a time wasting task as the new Speed Level Clamp allows operators two get the must out of sin fluid heads, and goodwill markant reduced the set-up time. Like all of our products, it is built for permanent use two the allow camera operators two focus on capturing the moment she starts and continues. -there Is nothing else like this on the market, det er en helt ny design, and we're Anticipating a high demand from all users of Sachtler 100mm heads, she concludes. This is not just an explanation on YouTube or something similar. So check up on potential phenomenon at NAB2014 or talk to your Carbon / Kevlar sterno trays pusher sometime next week. It should be possible to read more here later. sterno trays Here a promo for one of the heavier - 100mm - ENG racks that might be "upgraded" (or upgradeable). Any message or comment?
