In my first blog I published the recipe of a delicious cake. Apple cake with almond paste and ginger. A favorite of mine that I had made many times. In early February 2010, I have the conscious cake treated crock pot lunch warmer to my colleagues because I was employed 10 years with my employer. Today, there is again a treat to work with, because you guessed it, I bike already 12.5 years for the same office. And still a lot of fun. So in the middle of the summer, although there are not many colleagues present, many still celebrate holidays. For working people I brought crock pot lunch warmer these muffins. A simple recipe to make that originates from an App Good Food Cakes. By using water with a bubbeltje crock pot lunch warmer muffin remains very light. In the event that there remains a single cupcake crock pot lunch warmer (however, I do not suspect it because they are not to be missed), these can be easily frozen. Before serving, or just thaw and reheat crock pot lunch warmer in the microwave. Muffins with blueberries, peaches and soure cream Ingredients: 350g self-raising flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 100g light brown sugar 100g butter, melted 145 milliliters soure cream 2 eggs, medium Grated zest of one lemon 150g blueberries 2 fresh peaches, peeled and chopped 6 tablespoons water with carbon dioxide cane Attributes: 12 cake cases Tray Method: Preheat oven to 200 degrees (fan oven 180 degrees). Put the cake cases already ready in a tray. Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl. Add the melted butter, soure cream, eggs and grated lemon zest. Mix this mass continuing until a thick, creamy mass is obtained, but not too long. Gently fold in the fruit and finally the spoons crock pot lunch warmer of water until everything is evenly distributed. Fill the cake tins and sprinkle the sugar over the last filling. Put the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked until risen and brown colored. Serve the muffins like these are a bit hot. Enjoy!
Congratulations on your anniversary! And see your muffins look delicious! Good idea that water with carbon dioxide (I assume that you do just for can use? Spa red). Regards, Caroline Reply Delete
