I bought it based on this article only positive commmenti found on the internet, no chance 'to touch before purchasing. The tripod does not have much to say for the price range and 'a good article. The head instead I feel bad: after less than a month of use is not particularly intensive and 'stripped the throttle of the horizontal movement. For an article intended to last for years and 'a fact, in my opinion, unacceptable. Luckily you and 'route within 30 days allowing me to take advantage of the full refund from Amazon inclusive of postage that I have argued for return the item. Was this review helpful to you? I purchased this product not widespread in Italy it based solely on a few positive comments found on the net. The attractive price compared to similar products of other houses and the excellent presentation starfish for crafts convinced me. Come to my house, thanks to a very fast shipping I was immediately confirmed the excellent choice. The overall strength is valuable even if the entire extension is less stable than the model 055 Manfrotto (which costs almost twice though). Adjustments are almost endless allowing positioning for any need. The materials of the first order and movements fluid and solid. Supplied some keys and a nice case to contain them. Some details really interesting are the hook at the base of the central column for setting a possible counterweight and the possibility in the head of a tightening of the adjustment starfish for crafts knobs inside the other to contain the encumbrance during transport. I purchased this kit to replace the previous tripod, too limited for my new Canon EOS 60D with lens 70/300 mm. The construction is extremely strong and provides a remarkable stability to the tripod, in all conditions of use. Notable adjustment possibilities: in addition to the three axes of the head included in the kit, the center bar can be pulled out and tilted up to almost 180 , which can be very useful for macro photography or shots from unusual angles. The weight is not negligible, but it remains largely manageable starfish for crafts (about 2 kg). Price: The price is great, for this figure then, after months of research I have not found anything better. Tripod: The tripod is very robust and versatile and is on a par with much more expensive than those of most famous brands. Head: The head is not the best, personally I did not like the look slender, the size and quality of the knobs and the overall yield. After a month I sold and I replaced it with another base "that famous Italian brand." :) Weight & dimensions: As for the weight and size can tell you that if you have to make a long trek in the mountains with lots of photo backpack is not convenient.
